I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Maryland with 5 years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I specialize in helping sore spots become less sore, no matter how they got that way. I’m a trauma recovery expert committed to helping individuals heal from trauma and all the other gunk life throws at us. I work with individuals, couples, and families to cope with whatever challenges arise. I offer multiple therapies including CBT, DBT, logotherapy, the Gottman Method, and mindfulness therapy. I also specialize in trauma therapy such as EMDR and flash therapy, which can be easier and just as effective as EMDR, as well as play therapies through Minecraft.
