Hello - I'm Dr. Claire Vines - welcome to my practice! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a doctoral degree in psychology and over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and adolescents through some of life's most challenging moments. My practice is entirely virtual, so I can meet you where you are — from the comfort of your own space. I work with clients across the lifespan, from teenagers to older adults, and I offer sessions in English, French, and Spanish. My background spans a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, substance use and addiction, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family dynamics. I approach every client as a whole person — not just a diagnosis — and I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to each session.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will discussed the processing and discuss therapeutic options, as well as, confidentiality and emotional safety. My approach is to first listen and provide feedback . I believe that one's response often has to do with background, history, past experiences, present situaltion and positive goals for the future, having learned from past experiences.
