Therapy with me is real talk—no judgment, no fluff. Just a safe space to unpack the hard stuff, understand where it’s coming from, and build the tools to actually feel better, not just act like it! I also specialize in working with grief/loss (including complicated grief & major life transitions), addiction / alcoholism (including loved ones & family systems affected by addiction), dual diagnosis cases (cooccurring mental health & addiction issues), as well as major life transitions. Whether you're navigating at home stressors, career pressure, social anxiety, or just trying to feel okay, we’ll work together to make sense of it all—and start moving toward the life you want.
