My journey in the mental health field has taken me from working in an inpatient adult psychiatric unit to community-based mental health services, and now to outpatient therapy. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of various mental health challenges and the best ways to address them.
I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults dealing with a range of issues, including autism, ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety disorders, substance use, and trauma-based diagnoses. I'm also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is particularly effective for trauma-related conditions.
