I specialize in creating a compassionate environment where you feel safe, valued, and free to explore your challenges without judgment. I understand that no two journeys are alike, which is why you are assured of customized therapy tailored to your unique needs that includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and humanistic therapy.
