I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist specializing in Child-Centered Play Therapy for children ages 4–12. I work with children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, family transitions, and more. I also provide counseling for adolescents, adults, and parents, and offer parenting support for caregivers who want to better understand and connect with their child. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe in meeting each client where they are and creating a space where healing feels safe and natural.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a thorough intake to understand your child’s history, your concerns as a caregiver, and your family’s goals. From there, I develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs and our work together. Throughout treatment, I provide ongoing parent consultation sessions, so caregivers stay informed, supported, and equipped to reinforce progress at home.
