What should a new client know about working with you?

During our sessions, you and I collaborate to define what goals you want to accomplish and work to create the tools needed to reach them or redefine them. I utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy modalities. In my approach, nothing is set in stone and we will work and rework what success looks like, defined by you. I specialize in women's wellness and perinatal mental health including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will usually consist of what is typically called an intake where we will discuss what brought you to seek out help. This time is usually used to learn more about you and your background as well as a time for you to ask me any questions.
