What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to explore all parts of themselves. I focus on helping clients deepen their emotional awareness and understanding, while also integrating practical tools—such as emotion regulation, belief work, and communication skills—to support meaningful change. I’m active in sessions, offering reflections, insight, and guidance as we work together to understand patterns, process experiences, and build a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

Danah is truly one of the best therapists out there ever who is MEANT to be a therapist. She is direct and honest when you need to be challenged, curious and patient when you need to be understood, and definitely compassionate at all times. I appreciate her ability to know when you need an ear and when you need something more actionable. She made me feel like there’s nothing I can’t overcome and made me accept what’s out of my control. Truly grateful for her.
