My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your needs, so you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a supportive, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I tailor our work to your needs, using proven methods like CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, as well as Play Therapy for kids and teens when appropriate. In our sessions, we’ll focus on open communication, practical tools, and strategies that help you cope, grow, and make meaningful changes in your life. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you build resilience and balance along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we begin therapy, my focus is on understanding your experiences and what matters most to you. We’ll talk about the challenges you’re facing and explore ways to make life feel more manageable. Together, we’ll identify goals and develop practical strategies to help you cope, grow, and navigate difficult situations. Sessions include discussion, skill-building, and reflection, with tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy moves at your pace, and I’ll adjust our approach to fit your needs as you make progress.
