Hello, I'm Daniel. Together, in a therapeutic setting, I believe that by gaining increased awareness of our experiences and how we interpret the world, we can reduce suffering and find healing. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) with an MSW, trained in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Using a systematic approach is valuable as it sets the framework within which to work. Having this in mind, we’ll work together to find the best approach for your needs. I am solution-oriented and experienced in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, low self-esteem, procrastination, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional regulation difficulties.
