What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask a few questions to understand what you’re going through and what you’d like to work on. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can be yourself. We’ll move at your pace.
