Since initiating therapy with Danielle, I have felt refreshed after each visit. She presents with a calm and understanding approach and offers helpful tools to carry over outside of treatment. I am extremely thankful I have found Danielle.
Working with Danielle a very positive experience. She is patient and knowledgeable on how to best work with her clients to get results.
insightful. patient. thoughtful.
Danielle is a great listener and provides advice that I've found very helpful in how to think about things differently and interact with others that has helped my mental health substantially. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help.
I worked with Danielle Bellis as my therapist, and she was truly wonderful. She was always caring, polite, and professional. Danielle created a safe, supportive space where I felt heard and understood. Her compassion made it easy to open up, and she consistently approached our sessions with patience and empathy. I’m grateful for the guidance and comfort she provided, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and dedicated therapist.
I’ve never had a therapist who is this kind, receptive, and genuinely present. She listens to understand, not just to respond, and has a way of grounding me almost instantly. She’s caring, thoughtful, and creates a space where I feel completely safe. I’m really grateful I found her and can’t recommend her enough!!
Danielle and I always do a virtual visit. She’s always super helpful and helps me feel better after our meetings. She also gives me techniques to use in the future if I’m feeling the same way. If I need an emergency appointment she’s SO good about getting me in usually in that same week! She’s so kind and caring!
I think Danielle is a lovely person but not the right provider for me. My description of her would be "unprofessional", lacking professional boundaries. In the very first visit she talked ALOT about herself, dogs were barking, she was walking around her house with her computer, she was highly distractible. She talked about her back surgeries, doctors she likes, ex husband, menopause sx, sleep issues (hers). She said things like, "you should..." without asking if I had already tried what she was recommending. I expected the first visit to be more of her asking me questions and background and this was minimal on her part. She matched each response with her own experience and at one point I just stopped talking and listened to her talk about herself. On the good side, she was empathetic, accommodating and kind as she offered to schedule at my convenience. I, however need someone who is able to contain, tune in and hear what I am in need of without their own personal commentary.
Over the past year, Danielle has been instrumental in helping me navigate housing and workplace challenges. She has consistently advocated for my well-being by providing valuable resources and support through therapy. Danielle played a key role in helping me identify my strengths during times when I felt vulnerable and unheard. She encouraged me to shift my mindset and explore opportunities beyond my usual comfort zone. As a result of her encouragement, I’m now in the process of building my business in a new city filled with exciting opportunities and like-minded individuals. Danielle excelled in introducing me to tools and strategies that I previously overlooked, making a significant impact on my personal and professional growth.
