Getting to know Danielle Gilbert

Hi, my name is Danielle Popelsky. I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2012 and earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2014. I spent several years working in hospice, supporting people facing severe illnesses and their families. For over two years, I have worked in the clinical field with a diverse population, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and PTSD. I believe in using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. I look forward to getting to know you and am here to help.
