Hello. Thank you for taking the time to invest in your healing and growth. I believe we all carry within us the resources we need to enjoy life in a realistic and authentic way. As a psychotherapist with a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, I help people utilize their thinking, speaking, and actions to tap into the present moment and move toward greater health and wellness. I have experience working with mental health diagnosis and treatment in both outpatient and inpatient settings, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma disorders such as PTSD. A good therapist will not shame or blame you; will not try to become your parent or your buddy. They will cheer you on your journey and, at times, help you see yourself in a new and different way. They will not do the work for you. They will help you stay accountable to yourself and the goals you create together in the work. They will encourage clear communication, authenticity, patience, and compassion both for yourself and others. Accountability is a necessary part of any therapeutic relationship. I require at least 24 hours' notice prior to canceling your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a Grow Therapy fee of $50. Similarly, if I have to cancel within 24 hours' notice, your next session will be free. The therapy process is engaged, dynamic, and can be immensely satisfying. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
