I am a first-generation Latina with a passion for serving communities across the state. My love and research include a focus on Latino and immigrant studies. My research consists of the publication titled “The Lived Experiences of First Generation Mexican American Women in America.”
I am a bilingual clinician with over 16 years of experience in behavioral health, trained in depth psychology traditions. I strive to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for healing and transformation. Therapy is an opportunity to explore and heal the psyche and achieve wholeness and happiness.
Over the last 16 years, I have worked with all age groups and have devoted my career to treating the severely mentally ill population in unserved and underserved communities. I am trained in crisis management, intervention, de-escalation, advanced threat assessment, and threat management on school campuses, workplaces, and local communities.
