Psychotherapist

Hello, I'm Debbie. Life brings many challenges that can be overwhelming and impact our ability to cope on a daily basis. Sometimes we develop feelings of depression or anxiety associated with these experiences as a result, and it can feel nearly impossible to get through these difficulties. I would be honored to walk through these life experiences alongside you to serve as a witness, sounding board, and guide. I graduated from Rivier University in Nashua, NH in 2013 with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I now work as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, working with adults who have a variety of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood regulation problems, challenges with making or maintaining quality relationships, and others. Prior to my current position, I worked for a large agency in Massachusetts that served individuals with a variety of mental health disorders. I work with adults by offering a welcoming, gentle, and laid-back approach that is holistic and collaborative. We will strive to find the right tools to help you gain a new perspective by exploring a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, bibliotherapy, and others. If you're feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, know that you don't have to face them alone. Together, we can navigate these difficulties and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
