Do you feel helpless in supporting your child through changes in their mental health? I am committed to helping adults, adolescents, and their families achieve healing and restore joy and hope for their future. My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe in honoring the client and family voice in treatment. I am playful by nature and take a "thinking out of the box" approach to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I am experienced with Family Based Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from eating disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. My experience includes Flexible Integrated Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization programs. I have also worked in Domestic Violence programs supporting survivors and in Assisted Community Treatment for the severely mentally ill. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Jessup University. I would love to partner with you or your child on the journey toward healing.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
