Deidre is a licensed social worker and psychotherapist proudly born, raised and educated in Baltimore, Maryland. Deidre is passionate about helping people address trauma, begin healing, increase their self-awareness, remove barriers and learn healthy ways to cope in order to live their best lives. She specializes in the treatment of various mental, behavioral and emotional health related challenges; including but not limited to: trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and PTSD. Using a variety of treatment modalities with an individualized approach tailored just for you, as each person’s situation is unique. Therapy w/ Deidre is a safe, non judgmental space. Deidre believes in treating the whole person; utilizing a holistic, trauma informed, culturally sensitive approach and uniquely unconventional, yet highly effective treatment methods is what sets her apart. She is grateful to have served many different populations throughout her career from individuals to organizations. Deidre's mission is rooted in helping to reduce stigma, normalizing accessing services, educating and promoting healing and wellness.
