Ms. Burrill is a native of the Washington, DC Metro (DMV) area. She is an Air Force veteran and a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 26 years of experience in adult therapy and interventions across the life span, renal social work, pediatric and adult oncology, child welfare, medical social work and hospice care, grief and loss, trauma interventions and experience as a Military Family Advocacy Program Manager and Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Coordinator. During employment as a Department of Defense Social Worker at Walter Reed Medical Center, in Washington, D.C., Ms. Burrill provided intervention and therapy to victims and families who were affected by the “Attack on the Pentagon” on 9/11/2001. Ms. Burrill is an eclectic clinician who utilizes various modalities depending on the needs of the client. Ms. Burrill accepts all individuals ‘WHERE THEY ARE’ and assists them in their journey toward healing.
