I am licensed in New Jersey with 30 years of professional work experience and am also licensed to provide Telehealth Services to Florida residents. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Bachelor’s degree from Stockton University. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with experience helping adults and children manage stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, schizophrenia, OCD, depression, and bipolar disorder. I am certified in CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques, and hypnosis. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, tailoring our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in working at your pace with the concerns you bring to the session. I utilize varying treatment methods, such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and apply each depending on client need. I offer a non judgmental safe space to explore emotions, behaviors and coping skills.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

First sessions are typically, get to know you type of sessions. I review what to expect in therapy and explore existing beliefs regarding therapy. I work with the client on identifying initial goals and motivations for treatment. Following sessions focus on goals set by the client and /or immediate need concerns.
