I have been a clinician for almost ten years, holding a Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. My approach is very much person-centered. There is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy, and my goal is to honor that. Whether it's career goals, familial conflicts, trauma, interpersonal relationship struggles, or other challenges, I want to assist in reducing barriers, creating boundaries, doing trauma work, and whatever else it takes for you to heal, live the life you desire, and be a version of yourself that's more fulfilled.
