I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. Over the years, I have found that person-centered, psychodynamic, variations of CBT, Gestalt, and existential approaches have been most effective in healing the whole person. It is through nonjudgment, understanding the past, feeling our experiences, and embarking on the journey of becoming our best selves that meaning emerges.
