My experience extends to working with military families, active duty members, and their spouses. Growing up as an Army dependent, serving four years in the Navy, and being a Navy dependent spouse for six years has given me a first-hand understanding of military culture and the unique challenges it presents. In addition to my work with military families, I have spent over 15 years assisting families with children who have ADHD, behavioral, and emotional problems. My private practice experience has primarily focused on helping individuals through marital discord, infidelity, divorce and separation, depression, anxiety, and family stressors.
