By spending time strengthening the relationship with my clients, I am better able to understand their needs and how to best support them. I believe counseling is a partnership between the client and the counselor. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. These educational experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, empathetic care tailored to each individual's journey.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
