Psychotherapist

You may be the person everyone depends on while secretly feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, motherhood, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy can be a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone. I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients feel emotionally drained, disconnected from themselves or their relationships, caught in patterns they can’t seem to break, or unsure how to move forward despite trying hard to hold everything together. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and work with women experiencing challenges during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. This includes postpartum anxiety and depression, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, burnout, relationship strain, and the emotional weight that can come with motherhood and caring for others. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I use an IFS-informed, relational, and EMDR-informed approach to help clients better understand their emotional experiences, process painful experiences, build insight into patterns that keep them stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and caring for themselves. I strive to create a supportive space where you can speak openly, feel understood without judgment, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable and realistic. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
