I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Luna Care Counseling Services, LCSW PLLC. My primary focus is supporting women through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. What should a new client know about working with you?

You don't need to prepare anything special for therapy. Just come as you are. My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible. Some days we'll focus on tools to manage stress; other days we'll dive deeper into what's weighing on you. This is your space to be heard, without judgment. I'll meet you where you are, move at your pace, and help you build insight, confidence, and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, we'll get to know each other and identify your goals. From there, therapy is a mix of reflection and practical strategies, whether that's managing anxious thoughts, processing past experiences, or building healthier patterns. I check in regularly to make sure that our work is helpful and aligned with your needs. Over time, clients usually notice feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others.
