I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the City University of New York, Baruch College, which equips me to offer compassionate and informed care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I typically work with clients for over 6 sessions. If you are in crisis and need immediate attention for an acute concern, then please reach out to a well center to ensure you get the right care and sooner. Together we will engage in an empathetic, genuine, and caring way, making my approach non-judgmental and safe. We will focus on where you are in the moment and what you want to develop in the process. My clients often go through overwhelming life transitions, from events such as moving away from home to losing a loved one.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am most passionate about working with adults whose social anxiety prevents them from making important life decisions. We can work together to develop confidence and trust in yourself and love who you are.
