With a deep understanding of the impact of generational traumas, her mission is to identify and break the chains that hold individuals back from living their best lives.
Her approach is holistic, recognizing that true mental wellness involves nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Your first step toward healing is creating a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs. My goal is to facilitate a safe and supportive environment that empowers you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings in our journey to healing.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our motto at TMG is "We'll meet you here!" Our goal at TMG is co-creating a strong therapeutic relationship, which we believe is foundational to the success of our client's treatment. Therefore, building a warm, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment requires designing treatment plans that are unique and specific to the individual client's needs. We engage in talk therapy in addition to utilizing an integrative approach of modalities with the client's specific treatment in mind.
