What should a new client know about working with you?

Trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, crisis intervention model, behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, systems therapy, stages of change model, are all common modalities of treatment in my practice of psychotherapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial session is for the purpose of exploring history, assessment, and diagnosis. We'll be able to define your issues and make a treatment plan. Ongoing sessions are where we will do most of the work of therapy.
