With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, I've had the privilege of helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. I received my master's degree in Social Work from Temple University, and since 1991, I've dedicated my career to supporting clients through their unique journeys toward healing and self-discovery. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship can foster hope and belief in oneself. I work collaboratively with my clients, helping them to draw from their inner strengths to become empowered and self-sufficient. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in areas such as grief and bereavement, abuse and neglect, substance abuse, ADD/ADHD, and mood disorders. Additionally, I have a particular passion for empowering women to promote healing and live fulfilling lives. My goal is to help you find the tools and resilience within yourself to overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals. I provide individual therapy for females 18 and over. Licensed in the state of Maryland, I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions to provide flexible and accessible care.
