My name is Efrain Uribe, and my goal is to help individuals live fulfilling lives and be content with themselves.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My experience includes, but is not limited to working with individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. We will work toward to overcome life’s challenges, psychological or emotional difficulties, and ultimately heal.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma. I also work with individuals and couples struggling with their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will talk deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back
