Hi, I am Eileen :) I love working both online and in person with my clients. I have enjoyed working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, as well as working with those who are going through transitions in life and stuggling with adjustment. I see both men and women clients, and have had success with both. Many people have been affectd by the covid pandemic, feelings of uncertainty and fear. I empower my clients of all ages to learn to manage their anxiety, and depression, and challenge their fears, as well as provide tools and coping mechanisims to help. Some of my preferred modalites include Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An integrated approach is used as well. I have been described in client reviews as a caring, sensitive and compassionate listener, who brings energy and encouragement to my sessions. I have a background in Strategic Intervention Life Coaching, and integrate the methods learned in my Life Coaching Business into my therapy sessions with my clients by helping them to clarify their goals, identify obstacles holding them back, and coming up with stategies for overcoming those obstacles. I truly love being a therapist, and enjoy seeing my clients grow over time due to the work they do. I live in West Palm Beach, FL, with my precious dog, Stella, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with YOU!
