Who I am is a tender, deeply rooted being. People in my life find me to be connected, compassionate and a demand for the greatness every single soul deserves on this plane and beyond.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Being a 2nd-generation Latiné woman & mother, I know deeply the courage and pure will it takes to embark on a healing journey. Not just for me, but for all of the generations who came before me without the privilege or opportunity to heal for themselves. In my practice, I make space for all of you, your culture, your lived experience, your identities, all beings you call family and the generations you bring with you each time you enter the space. I use a multi-cultural spiritual lens in session to support your goals for yourself on this journey. I honor your space, your timing, and your process. Together, we use heart-centered approaches to support you. You can count on visualizations, meditations, sensory integration, Theta Healing practices, and Reiki. I thrive working with those who consider themselves “sensitive souls” or deeply feeling individuals or couples. I use a range of techniques and approaches to uproot, offer, reflect, and dissect ways of being that are impeding folks in the subconscious cycles of life. I use what I call “therapeutic journeying” to unlock and disentangle the stories and belief systems that hinder or prevent someone from experiencing the profundity of their being. The experience of therapeutic journeying will profoundly shift memories, internal states, support dysregulation and catapult the participant into the present with compassion and ease they have yet to know.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you first reach out, I will respond and get connected to you on a 15 minute video call. We will complete an intake to determine if we are a match for working together towards your intentions and goals. Next, we will schedule your session. I offer, 1 hour long sessions and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide billing should you have out of network benefits. Your first session, we will begin with the space we are cultivating and get oriented to each other and explore the aspects of your life you'd like to tend to. After session, you may feel wonderful, you may feel relieved and excited. You may also feel tired or worse than when you began the session. All of these experiences are welcomed and part of the work that is therapy.
