I’ve seen Elizabeth for about 10 sessions now and I’ve never felt more heard or understood by a therapist before. She’s compassionate, kind and always flexible with my schedule in case things some up. I highly recommend her!
I feel so good with Elizabeth, she make me feel safe and she have helped me a lot , is a person that you can trust and is very professional
Elizabeth is a compassionate, kind, and understanding provider. Our sessions are always productive and she asks insightful questions that help us figure out the best practices to improve my mental health. I appreciate her willingness to help and her style of communication.
Elizabeth is hands down the most amazing therapist I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. She listens to hear you not to just slap you with some basic mumbo jumbo. She is sweet and kind and caring! She goes above and beyond her call to make sure her patience feel safe and seen. I don’t think I could ever praise her more. Another perk, she works with LGBTQIA+ people which was a huge relief when finding a therapist for my wife and I. I can guarantee you would have zero regret booking with her! Thank you Elizabeth for all you’ve done and continue to do for my wife and me. We are truly blessed!
Elizabeth is an incredible and relatable therapist. She supported me through my hardest times, divorce and post-divorce life. She supported me with my anxious tendencies and helped guide me through to a better place.
I recently had a consultation with Elizabeth Diaz and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, Elizabeth Diaz created a welcoming and safe environment, which made it easy for me to open up about my concerns.
Highly recommend! She is a great listener and provides accountability while showing a lot of empathy. Has really helped me with a lot of issues ranging from LGBTQ+ to relationship attachment styles.
Elizabeth is kind and caring - she has gone out of her way to apply for out of state certificate so we can continue to work together. I’m thankful for her time and energy!
Elizabeth approach to therapy has been so refreshing. She doesn’t sugar coat, she holds you accountable and she always gives a fresh perspective on things. Elizabeth is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had and I’m lucky to be working with her.
I’ve always been hesitant about therapy but because of her, I look forward to our sessions together. She’s realistic with our goals and really makes an effort to help me the best way she could. I was at my breaking point and didn’t think I could pull myself back out of that phase of my life, but she made me realize that therapy does work. I’ve made so much progress throughout my therapy journey and I don’t think that would’ve been possible without her. Thank you Elizabeth!
Elizabeth is the first Therapist I have ever had. She’s made my experience fantastic! She is super easy to talk to, listens, well, and provides incredible feedback. I feel refreshed and ready for my next set of challenges after every call. Each appointment is like talking to your best friend (that actually knows what to say, do, and suggest to make you a healthier human.) I’m super grateful that I found Elizabeth!
I have been seeing Elizabeth for about a year. In this time, she has helped me in countless ways. She is patient, supportive, empathetic, and professional while still remaining very down to earth and relatable. In addition to our scheduled appointments, I can always reach her via message if needed. She even had a phone appointment with me at 8:30pm one night when I was going through a very hard time and our next scheduled appointment was a week away. Scheduling with her is simple and easy and the wait times are very short. She does not make you feel rushed, judged, alone, or embarrassed at all. She is respectful and encouraging. Talking to her is a very comfortable experience and I always leave our appointments with a new perspective. I look forward to continuing to work with her. I cannot recommend Elizabeth Diaz enough!
Elizabeth is a wonderful therapist that gets you thinking in a way that is productive and healing. I have been seeing Elizabeth for over 2 years now and she has helped me progress in my mental health journey immensely.
I have been seeing Ms Diaz for over a year. She really listens! Her insight and compassion have enabled me to not shrink from hard questions and to move forward in my relationships. She has always been nonjudgmental.
