Getting to know Elizabeth Parrish

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Parrish, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I offer individual therapy to adults who are struggling with feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and depression stemming from issues or trauma in their relationships. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with you to find peace, clarity, and confidence. I am passionate about helping people who feel broken and confused-those who know they feel anxious or depressed but aren't sure why. Often, this is due to an unhealthy relationship in their lives. One of my specialties is helping people heal from emotional and narcissistic abuse, supporting them as they rebuild their self-esteem and self-worth while coping with anxiety and depression. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate environment where clients feel safe and empowered to achieve self-discovery and lasting growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children, family, and my dog. I also like going out to dinner, traveling, walking, or going to the movies. I'm part of Resolute, a practice offering high-quality, insurance-covered therapy and psychiatry, with comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients. For additional help, please reach out to the Resolute support team. I look forward to meeting you!

I have been so fortunate to have found Elizabeth Parrish online about 18 months ago. I do feel like she has brought me back to me. She is so warm and knowing. I almost don't want to be completely healed! My process could be longer than some. I am rather old and this therapy would have saved several years of my life experience that would have been exponentially better if I had found her sooner. It feels like a God thing that I found her!

Elizabeth has been an incredible source of support and guidance that has made a meaningful impact on my personal growth. Her insight has truly been invaluable. Thank you for everything! Elizabeth!
What I appreciate most is her approach to helping me develop tools and strategies I can use outside of our sessions. Rather than just talking through problems, she’s taught me valuable skills for managing my personal relationships and setting healthy boundaries. Each week, I leave feeling empowered and with a clear sense of direction.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly cares, listens, and helps you grow, I would highly recommend Elizabeth. She’s been an amazing support and has helped me make positive changes in my life.
