Creating a trusting counselor/client relationship is at the heart of my practice, and together, we'll work towards your goals and needs, helping you move from feeling 'stuck' to where you truly want to be.
I hold both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience. My journey in this field has allowed me to work with adolescents, adults, and couples, guiding them through various challenges and transitions.
In our sessions, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inclusive therapies. These approaches help me tailor our work to best meet your individual needs. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, parenting challenges, domestic violence, chronic illness, grief, or career concerns, I am here to support you.
