It can be hard to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I work to support, empower, and challenge you in that journey.
I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate through life's challenges. My specialties include anger management, anxiety, ADHD, children's mental and behavioral health, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, depression, family relationships, life transitions, and stress. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy.
In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach where we work together to identify your goals and develop strategies to achieve them. I believe in the importance of creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect. My aim is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work towards personal growth and healing.
