Improve customer support. You don’t have humans who answer a phone and can have a real conversation. This human interaction is extremely important especially when you are a mental health care provider. Even if the issue is a technical one. A mental Health care provider who does not have human accesibility is in the wrong business in my opinion. It adds to frustration that we already fee.

I would love to be able to personalize when I get appointment reminders. I have my own reminders on my phone for Sundays on weeks I have appointments, plus the email notifications, plus additional reminders the day of on my phone. Having these be native to the site/app/automated emails would be great for ease of use.

Sarah is very understanding and is a great listener! I have had multiple therapist I’ve seen and Sarah is by far the best and only one I will continue to see. Very good listener and getting to the issues that I need to work on for my mental health. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for someone to talk to who genuinely cares about her patients.
