I was not able to log into our virtual appointment after 30 minutes of attempting I gave up and tried calling customer service that was not open and was directed to call back when open. There was no way to contact therapist either by phone, text, or email to explain the situation. Horrible experience and will ONLY be going through grow therapy for future appointments.
