“It was good. Learned some helpful tricks and tips. I was not notified of the proper way to access my appointment tho and that delayed our appointment a lot. It wasn’t until I asked the customer rep why the appointment hadn’t started that I actually got to the correct link for the appt.”

Hello, my name is Erik J. Erickson, and I have been a practicing therapist since 2006. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), earned in 2002, and a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University, completed in 2006.
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, I remain deeply committed to the belief that therapy can be a transformative resource for everyone—particularly in today’s complex and often challenging world. My approach is person-centered, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and individualized support to help clients navigate life’s difficulties and foster personal growth.
