The provider is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is HOPE Therapy Group Los Angeles. Hi, I’m Erika (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, recovering from trauma, or disconnected from themselves navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, compassion, and confidence. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck — in their self-worth, their relationships, or the expectations they’ve been carrying for far too long. Together, we work to untangle those patterns, explore what’s been holding you back, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.

Getting to know Erika Rogers

The provider is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is HOPE Therapy Group Los Angeles. Hi, I’m Erika (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Together, we work to untangle those patterns, explore what’s been holding you back, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I love working with adults and teens who are navigating the pressures of perfectionism, trauma recovery, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I have a special place in my heart for individuals healing from trauma and helping them better understand how those symptoms show up in their everyday lives, and how to move through them with compassion and care. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT within a collaborative and relational framework, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate nervous system regulation tools and somatic awareness to support deeper healing and mind-body connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can be real — messy, reflective, empowered, and everything in between, while honoring your pace and meeting you exactly where you are. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process.?Healing doesn’t mean perfection — it means making space for wholeness, resilience, and real connection. What it's like in session with me: Clients often describe our sessions as grounding, reflective, and deeply supportive. You can expect a gentle but honest space where we get curious about patterns, explore root causes, and work toward meaningful change at your pace. I’ll meet you wherever you are, whether you're untangling old trauma, navigating a tough transition, or simply trying to make sense of what you’re feeling. Together, we’ll use both practical tools and emotional depth to make your healing not just possible — but sustainable.
