We are a group counseling practice based in Jacksonville, FL, providing Telehealth services to Florida residents. To offer the best service, please schedule only if you are committed to attending and notify us in advance if you need to reschedule. A fee will be charged for missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding. Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH14497) and Qualified Supervisor with over 10 years of experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Rollins College. I am committed to guiding individuals on their healing journeys, especially those recovering from trauma and striving to realize their best selves. I use a holistic and integrated therapeutic approach tailored to clients’ unique goals, fostering a personalized path toward health and well-being. I specialize in crisis and trauma, challenging personality traits (including narcissistic, borderline, and antisocial personality disorders), depression and mood disorders, and supporting first responders, such as law enforcement and corrections officers, with their unique occupational stressors. I also address anxiety, stress management, and women’s issues. My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology. This holistic method incorporates symptom management, skill building, and emotional regulation, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I work with teens (14+), young adults, and older adults, offering specialized support for first responders. After you book with me through Zocdoc, you will receive an email from our office through Simple Practice with paperwork to complete. You MUST finish all paperwork BEFORE your scheduled appointment to prevent the need to reschedule. A payment method will be collected during the process. This payment method will be used to cover any insurance co-payments, service fees, or missed-appointment/late-cancellation fees. A $50 fee will apply if you miss or cancel a session late (less than 24 hours before your appointment). The missed appointment and late cancellation fee may be waived if you are ill, unavoidably detained, or reschedule within the same week as your original appointment.
