I specialize in trauma and relational health, addressing concerns such as divorce recovery, infidelity, sexual trauma, and complex family dynamics. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, integrating practical techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. Drawing on evidence-based modalities—including EMDR for trauma, anxiety, and PTSD; the Gottman Method for couples; and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions—I provide clients with a tailored roadmap for healing. Through this work, I also help clients develop practical coping skills, strengthen communication, and move from a state of exhaustion to one of empowered calm and authentic connection.
