Getting to know Esther Eng

Life can be hard. It comes fast and our human experiences can be a lot to handle. I am motivated by the opportunity to walk alongside clients and offer them a safe, warm and non-judgmental environment so they no longer have to navigate life alone. I operate out of a belief that every individual has worth and intrinsic value. While new in the field of counseling, I bring a fresh perspective through my experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in non-profit organizations. My approach is client-centered with foundations in CBT and play therapy. I look forward to helping my clients progress towards self-awareness, personal peace, and success.
