I believe meaningful change begins with authentic therapeutic relationships, a belief that grew out of my own experience in therapy that taught me the value of a partner who empowers you to be your best self. By meeting patients where they are in my practice now, I partner with them in self-exploration and healing to support a purposeful and fulfilling life.

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach designed to help you understand your emotional patterns, learn practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. When working together, you are empowered to achieve this change in an encouraging and supportive environment that uses evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychotherapy.
