IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I am Gabrielle Wardlaw-Pfaff, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), School Counselor (SCL), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). For over 15 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families in school and mental health settings. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and family conflict. Many of the clients I work with are seeking practical tools, emotional support, and a path toward greater confidence and well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I utilize evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered approaches to help clients build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges while recognizing and building upon their strengths.
