Starting treatment is challenging, but the process can lead to a fulfilling experience. I will provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach tailored to your needs. My passion is working with a wide range of populations and mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, addiction, and assisting the LGBT community.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook. There are a wide variety of therapeutic models to target symptoms, and I am trained in providing the most effective therapy models of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical, and Motivational approaches.
