My primary goal is to help clients find balance in their lives. I enjoy assisting clients in uncovering what lies beneath their depression, anxiety, or other challenges. I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced traumatic and dysfunctional childhoods involving abuse and addiction. Additionally, I work with Highly Sensitive People, a trait found in 1 out of every 5 individuals. Research shows this group is more prone to anxiety and depression due to feeling misunderstood. I use a variety of approaches to help my clients grow and achieve balance. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care.
