When you sit across the chair from me, l meet you where you are. My areas of focus include family relationships, grief, self esteem issues, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Life isn't always so easy to maneuver. I will teach you new ways to reframe the negative thoughts that may be holding you back in life. Negative thoughts lead to negative behaviors which lead to negative outcomes.
