My focus I typically work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, excessive anger, and addictions. My communication style I like to maintain an open and genuine communication style. It feels like talking to someone who is genuinely curious about you and concerned about your well-being. My journey to mental healthcare What attracted me to a career as a therapist is a desire to understand and help people to change. The idea that change is possible, and that suffering does not have to be endless drives me to do this work. My goals for you I work with clients to identify their specific concerns and help them set goals relevant to these concerns. My first session with you In the first session, clients can expect to be asked a lot of questions about their background, symptoms, lifestyle, relationships, physical health, and mental health history.
