I believe that life's most challenging situations—whether it be changing careers, managing ADHD, or facing unexpected obstacles—are also opportunities for growth and self-discovery. As someone who has lived experience as an immigrant and made the decision to switch careers to pursue my passion for mental health, I understand firsthand how overwhelming these transitions can feel. I also know how transformative it can be to have someone walk alongside you with empathy and practical support. At PRGRS Therapy, I specialize in working with adults living with ADHD. We also work with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, and other general mental health issues. I'm passionate about empowering individuals to better understand how their brains work and develop strategies that actually fit their lives. Too often, people with ADHD have been told they're not trying hard enough—I'm here to challenge those narratives and help you build systems that honor your unique neurology. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-focused. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). But beyond the techniques, I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, validated, and supported. I'm fluent in both English and Mandarin, and I bring cultural sensitivity to my work. I understand that mental health challenges don't exist in a vacuum—they're shaped by our cultural backgrounds, family expectations, and the communities we navigate. Whether you're managing ADHD symptoms affecting your work or relationships, processing a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
